Question:  We had a pebble finish pool put in about 4 years ago and some of the areas are hollow or popping loose. Can pebble be repaired without resurfacing the entire pool?

Answer:  Yes pebble surfaces can be patched. However if there are several repairs needed you may want to consider resurfacing.  How well does a patch blend?  That depends on the age of the pool. For example if the pool is extremely faded or has minerals built up on the surface then the patch will look new and not blend until enough time has passed.

Question:  Will you have to drain my pool to do the work?

Answer:  Not always.  It depends on the size and area that needs to be patched.

Question:  Do you offer a warranty ?

Answer:  Yes, in most cases I offer a three year warranty.

Question:  How long will it take to repair my pool?

Answer:  Usually about two to three days depending on the size and nature of the repair.

Question:  Can you do pebble surface repairs on a pool with a surface installed by a specific pebble surface manufacturer?

Answer:  Absolutely, we do all type of repairs, and can match our proprietary pebble mix with that of any manufacturer.

Question:  Is my pool worth repairing, or should I just resurface the entire pool?

Answer:  In most cases your pebble surface can be repaired.

Question:  Does the pool have to be drained to do repairs?

Answer: Yes, in most cases if the damage itself is under the water.  Usually not if the damage is on the deck or above water level.
